HOW IT WORKS

Eligibility for the Promotion is open to Betika customers who place a multi-bet sportsbook cash bet that meet the following criteria:

  • The minimum stake must be = 2 ZMK.
  • The betslip must have only one (1) lost match/selection after all the selections/matches have been resulted.
  • The total remaining odds of the winning matches of your multi-bet sportsbook cash bet must be 25 or more.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

  1. Sportsbook multi cash bets lost due to one match losing are eligible for this Promotion. Your Money Back shall vary depending on the odds remaining on your multi-bet after removing lost odds as set out in the above table.
  2. In the event of matches being cancelled, suspended or postponed, the ODDS shall be 1.00.
  3. The Money Back Award will be credited into eligible customer’s Betika Wallets within 24 hours from the date and time of resulting/validation of your bet.
  4. Any bets placed with the Bonus amount are not eligible for this Promotion.
  5. This Promotion is only applicable to multi-bet real sportsbook bets(not on Virtual sports or any other game).
  6. If in the event that one or more selections (Matches) are still awaiting validation, in this scenario the bet must wait until all selections are validated, even if the bet has been confirmed lost.
  7. Daily cash prize winners will be announced on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS or other social pages) or any other media networks.
  8. In the event of the occurrence of prohibited acts, Betika may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including, but not limited to, voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limitation of withdrawals and/or blocking of one or more IP addresses.
  9. In the event of a dispute concerning the awarding of prizes or the Promotion, the award and the decisions of Betting Control and Licensing Board of Zambia will be final.
  10. Betika reserves the right to request and verify, with the competent authorities, any required identification document, before awarding any prize.
  11. In the event a winner is announced and subsequently fails to comply with the documentation request, or it is discovered that the customer has been involved in a prohibited act as defined in our terms and conditions, the customer will be disqualified from Promotion.
  12. Betika reserves the right to use the names, radio recordings, movements and still images of the winner(s) for the purposes of advertising, marketing campaigns and administration of this competition.
  13. If the system erroneously generates winnings above the maximum authorized limit, any amount above this limit will be considered void and not validly due and payable.
  14. Betika reserves the right to void any winnings, at its sole discretion, and to take all corrective action in cases including but not limited to:
    • System or software malfunction or error;
    • Suspicion that prohibited activities are being undertaken.
  15. Betika does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion on all devices and channels, or its availability at all times.
  16. The terms of this Promotion may be amended from time to time by Betika in its sole discretion.
  17. This Promotion is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, non-interference, data accuracy, accuracy of translation, availability, timing, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, other than implied warranties and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable laws to the terms and conditions and to Betika's privacy policy.
  18. This Promotion is subject to the general conditions available here. as well as the Betika sports betting general conditions available here. Where there is an inconsistency with these terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
