4. DEFINITION OF BETTING TERMS
𑇐 Abandoned Match: Abandoned games will be deemed to be games which do not reach their natural conclusion on the calendar date.
𑇐 Extra Time: This is a period of time in a sports game in which play continues if neither team has won in the usual time allowed for the game where a winning result is required for advancement to the next stage of a specific competition or tournament.
𑇐 Injury time: This is the period of time added to the end of a football game because play was stopped during the match when players were injured or for any reason that the referee saw fit. This is the added time after 90 minutes of normal play.
𑇐 Live bet: This is a bet placed when the game is in-play or regular time has begun. Live bets cannot be cancelled once made.
𑇐 Multi bet: This is a bet placed on several selections or markets. When placing multi bets, the return depends on the outcome of all the matches within the bet.
𑇐 Postponed/Cancelled Match: Postponed/cancelled games will be deemed to be games which do not get to kick off on the specified calendar date but have been scheduled to take place at a later date.
𑇐 Regular/Normal Time: This is the period of time, which includes injury time, over which a sport is played and is set out as the normal duration of play within a sport’s rules. This period does not include extra time
𑇐 Retired Match: When a match is incomplete as the result of one player it is considered a "Retired" match. For example, when one of the players in a tennis match withdraws or is disqualified
𑇐 Single bet: Single bet is a bet placed on just one selection or market. When placing single bets, your return will not depend on the outcome of several matches.
6. LIMITATION ON BET AMOUNTS

In sports betting, a "void bet" means that a bet will no longer pay out and you will get your original stake returned to you. Bets shall be voided in the following instances:

- void any accepted bets and withhold settlement (there may be other instances where we may

- permanently close your account(s) and terminate this agreement;
- withhold all or part of your account balances or stakes (which will be deemed as forfeited

- We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of any Prohibited Acts.

being inputted incorrectly, or markets being set up incorrectly) or due to computer malfunction;
- A bet is accepted at a price or market condition which is significantly different from those available in
the
market at the time the bet was placed;
- In the context of normal betting business, and the probability of the event occurring, a bet is accepted at
a
price which is obviously incorrect;
- Bets have continued to be accepted on a market which should have been suspended, or the market has already
closed, or has been postponed, which are sometimes referred to as “late bets”;
- The amount of winnings, returns or promotional benefits or bonuses paid to you are miscalculated as a result
of
human error or computer malfunction;
- Where winnings are so obviously incorrect or materially different to those available in the market that this
is
a clear error or omission e.g., the price is recorded as 100-1 or the margins for handicap betting have been
reversed;
- An error has resulted from Prohibited Acts;
- In accordance with product rules, where a bet should not have been accepted, and If such circumstances
arise, we
reserve the right (and at our sole discretion) to cancel the bet and either:
- Correct the error on the bet placed and resettle the bet at the correct price or terms which were (or should
have been) available to Us when the bet was placed; or;
- Declare the bet void and return the stake to Your account where correction is not reasonably practicable.;

- Take any further reasonable steps and actions deemed necessary by Betika to remedy the error, loss, or
damages

- If funds are incorrectly credited to your account as a result of an error or omission (or otherwise

- You are obligated to notify us as soon as reasonably possible and in any event in no more than four (4)
days;
- We reserve the right to deduct or reverse any incorrectly applied funds from your account. Where such funds

been withdrawn by You, We may demand that you make a full refund to Us and may take other recovery measures

Description
Fly to the moon! The longer you fly with the comet the more you can win. But beware, the flight is risky, so the
comet is bound to crash sooner or later. Make sure to get off in time to collect your winnings!
How to Play?
- This is a multi-player game, where a lot of users can play the same Comet Crash round at the same time.
- The players individually choose their stake amount, but they all play the same bet with the same result.
- The number of players participating, their target, or stake DO NOT affect the game or the bet
outcome.
There are two ways of playing this game: Standard or using Advanced.
Standard Betting
- The first step in order to start betting manually is to enter the stake amount.
- In the “Stake” field, you may either input an amount manually or click one of these buttons:

- quick amount buttons will set the amount as labeled on the button.
- PLAY and CASH OUT at your desired multiplier.

Advanced Betting
For players that don’t like to constantly press the “Place bet” button or monitor their betting
session all the time in order not to miss or skip a round, we provide the Auto-betting option.
All the possible settings will be explained below.
- Auto: In order to start an auto-betting session, press the “Auto” button, and it will reveal
additional settings a player can use.
- Number of rounds: A player can define upfront how many bets he/she wants to place. It can go
anywhere from 1 to an “infinite” number of bets. If a player picks a certain number of bets, the game will
automatically stop after that number of bets has been played.
- Max stake: If a player uses settings like “increase on loss” or “increase on win” (read more
about that below), he/she can define up to what amount the auto-betting will keep on placing the bets. If the
bet amount reaches the defined “max stake”, it will no longer continue increasing the bet amount for all the
future bets.
- On win: This section has many different options for a player to choose from:
- Stop – it will stop auto betting as soon as the first winning bet is placed.
- Reset – if a player has “increase on loss” settings applied after the bet has been a
win, the stake amount will be automatically reset to the originally set stake amount in the stake field.
- Custom – a player has an option to customize how the stake amounts will behave on
every single winning bet. He/she can choose to lower the stake for a certain percentage (-50%, for example, will
decrease (halve) the stake amount on every winning bet) or to increase the stake for a certain percentage (100%,
for example, will increase (double) the stake amount for every winning bet).
- On loss: This section is opposite from the previous one. It defines the behavior of
auto-betting once a bet is lost.
- Stop – it will stop auto betting as soon as the first losing bet is placed.
- Reset – if a player has “increase on win” settings applied after the bet has been a
loss, the stake amount will be automatically reset to the originally set stake amount in the stake field.
- Custom – a player has an option to customize how the stake amounts will behave on
every single losing bet. He/she can choose to lower the stake for a certain percentage (-50%, for example, will
decrease (for ½) the stake amount on every losing bet) or to increase the stake for a certain percentage (25%,

in breach of the Terms of Your Agreement, We will have the right at our sole discretion in respect of any Betika
account held by You to:

refuse a bet or any part of a bet offered to us;

void any accepted bets and withhold settlement (there may be other instances where we may void a bet as
detailed under the specific sport/event in our rules, or otherwise as instructed by the appropriate
regulator
or authority);

permanently close your account(s) and terminate this agreement;

withhold all or part of your account balances or stakes (which will be deemed as forfeited by you); •
inform the applicable authorities and regulator and supply the relevant customer information.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of any Prohibited Acts. You
agree to cooperate in any investigation in respect of Prohibited Acts

You agree to use Betika Fasta, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance
with all Applicable Laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the Service or content therein. You
agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works
from,
offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these terms and conditions) content and information
contained on or obtained from or through the Service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate,
degrade, or thwart any of the content protections in the Service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated
means to access the Service; decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or
processes accessible through the Service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Service in any
way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail
or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any
computer
software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Service, including any software viruses
or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate
these terms or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
3. PALPABLE ERRORS
3.1. While every effort is made to ensure there are no errors or omissions in respect of our products and services, the nature of human error or system problems means such circumstances may arise. A non-exhaustive list of “obvious errors” is outlined below:
- Odds or terms of a bet or game wager have been misquoted as a result of human error (for example, information being inputted incorrectly, or markets being set up incorrectly) or due to computer malfunction;
- A bet is accepted at a price or market condition which is significantly different from those available in the market at the time the bet was placed;
- In the context of normal betting business, and the probability of the event occurring, a bet is accepted at a price which is obviously incorrect;
- Bets have continued to be accepted on a market which should have been suspended, or the market has already closed, or has been postponed, which are sometimes referred to as “late bets”;
- The amount of winnings, returns or promotional benefits or bonuses paid to you are miscalculated as a result of human error or computer malfunction;
- Where winnings are so obviously incorrect or materially different to those available in the market that this is a clear error or omission e.g., the price is recorded as 100-1 or the margins for handicap betting have been reversed;
- An error has resulted from Prohibited Acts;
- In accordance with product rules, where a bet should not have been accepted, and If such circumstances arise, we reserve the right (and at our sole discretion) to cancel the bet and either:
1. Correct the error on the bet placed and resettle the bet at the correct price or terms which were (or should have been) available to Us when the bet was placed; or;
2. Declare the bet void and return the stake to Your account where correction is not reasonably practicable.; and
3. Take any further reasonable steps and actions deemed necessary by Betika to remedy the error, loss, or damages that Betika stands to suffer as a result of an error leading to an incorrectly accepted bet.
3.2. If funds are incorrectly credited to your account as a result of an error or omission (or otherwise any sum is incorrectly credited to your account):
- You are obligated to notify us as soon as reasonably possible and in any event in no more than four (4) days;
- We reserve the right to deduct or reverse any incorrectly applied funds from your account. Where such funds have been withdrawn by You, We may demand that you make a full refund to Us and may take other recovery measures such as automatically debiting Your account whenever it has a positive balance.
3.3. If you use incorrectly credited funds to place bets, we reserve the right to void all such related bets and reverse any winnings.
3.4. If incorrect stakes are deducted from your account:
- You are obliged to notify us as soon as reasonably possible and in any event in no more than four (4) days;
- We reserve the right to void all such bets and reverse any winnings;
- If bets are placed using winnings related to bet(s) on which incorrect stakes were deducted, we reserve the right to void such bets placed and reverse any winnings.
3.5. In respect of any reversals, if no such funds are available in your account to make good any funds deficit resulting from the reversal (for example, where the funds have been withdrawn by you), we reserve the right to recover such funds from you (with interest at market rates) on demand. If necessary, we are permitted to off-set any subsequent amounts you deposit or win with us to make good this liability.
3.6. Errors relating to Prohibited Acts will be handled in accordance with these terms.
3.7. We shall not be liable for any loss of winnings (or other loss) following errors or omissions by us or you.
4. GENERAL CLAUSES
4.1.All other Terms and Conditions (including all applicable policies) on the Betika domain apply to the use of Betika Fasta. In case of a conflict between these terms and the general terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions will apply.
4.2. In case of the occurrence of any Prohibited Acts, Betika may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP address(es).
