TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Only one claim per customer per Rain shower is possible.
2. The value for an individual Free Bet Rain varies from ZMW 20 and ZMW 50.
3. A player’s activity on the game will determine their eligibility to claim the respective free bets. Players who click on the ‘CLAIM’ button the quickest shall be eligible for a free bet under this Promotion.
4. The minimum multiplier to use the Free Bet is X1.50.
5. Aviator Free Bet Rains are available every day during the Promotion.
6. Free Bet stakes will be deducted from Free Bet winnings. (Winnings – Free Bet stake = Free Bet Return)
7. Free Bets are credited as soon as they are claimed.
8. A player can only claim a maximum of 1 free bet in a period of 60 minutes.
9. The Free Bets must be claimed within 30 minutes after appearing in the chat area.
10. The Free Bets expire within 30 minutes from the time they are claimed.
11. This Promotion is subject to the Aviator game terms and conditions available here and the General Terms and Conditions available here. Where there are any inconsistencies, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
12. Where the system erroneously generates winnings in excess of the allowed maximum limit, any amount above this limit will be regarded as void and not validly due and payable.
13. Betika reserves the right to void any Aviator winnings, at its sole discretion, and take any and all remedial action in instances including:
    1. System or software malfunction or error; or
    2. Suspicion that there are Prohibited activities being undertaken.
14. In case of the occurrence of any Prohibited Activities, Betika may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP address(es).
15. Where there is a dispute regarding this Promotion, the adjudication and decision of the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Zambia shall be final.
16. Betika does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion on all devices and channels or its availability all the time.
17. The Promotion terms may be cancelled, postponed or amended from time to time by Betika at its sole discretion and without notice.
