Comet Crash – Free Bets Promotion

The Comet Crash Free Bet Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) will run from 24th April 2024 to 6th May 2024 (both days inclusive).

Eligible Customers stand a chance to be awarded daily Free Bets in this Promotion.

How it Works
  1. Eligibility for this Promotion is open to all customers who place cash bets of 2 ZMW on the Comet Crash game (“Applicable game”) that meet the criteria below (“Qualifying Bet”):
    1. Play a minimum of ten (10) rounds in a single day to be awarded five (5) free bets; and
    2. Successfully cash out at multiplier odds of 2.0.
  2. Customers must place their Qualifying Bets within the duration of the Promotion to be eligible for the free bets.
How to use the free bet
  1. The award will be credited as a free bet the day after qualifying, which customers may only use on the Applicable game.
  2. The value of the free Bet will be 2 ZMW.
  3. All winnings derived from bets placed using the Free Bet awards shall be added to the customer’s cash balance in their Betika Wallet minus the value of the free bet.
  4. Free bets cannot be withdrawn.
Terms and Conditions
  1. Winning customers will receive the Free Bets award automatically within the Comet Crash game the day after qualifying.
  2. Each customer shall be eligible to win the free bet only once per day during this Promotion.
  3. Free bets do not contribute towards Qualifying Bets. Bets that are voided or cancelled do not contribute towards Qualifying Bets.
  4. Where there is a dispute regarding the selection of winners, the adjudication and decision of the Lottery and Betting Control Board of Zambia shall be final.
  5. Betika reserves the right to request from the customers identification documents and verify with the relevant authorities, any required documentation for purposes of identification or due diligence, before awarding any prize or free bet. If such documents are not provided then Betika shall not be obliged to award any prize or free bet.
  6. Betika reserves the right to use the names, radio recordings, motion, and still images of the winner or winners, for purposes of publicity, marketing campaigns, and administering this Promotion.
  7. The Comet Crash game terms and conditions shall apply in the administration of this Promotion.
  8. Where the system erroneously generates winnings in excess of the allowed maximum limit, any amount above this limit will be regarded as void and not validly due and payable.
  9. Betika reserves the right to void any Comet Crash winnings, at its sole discretion, and take any and all remedial action in instances including:
    1. System or software malfunction or error; or
    2. Suspicion that there are Prohibited activities being undertaken.
  10. Betika does not guarantee the availability of this Promotion on all devices and channels or its availability all the time.
  11. The Promotion terms may be amended from time to time by Betika at its sole discretion.
  12. In case of the occurrence of any Prohibited Activities, Betika may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP address(es).
  13. This Promotion is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, non- infringement, non-interference, accuracy of data, accuracy of translation, availability, timing, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to Betika’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  14. The Promotion is subject to the General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise defined, definitions in the General Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in these terms and conditions. Where there is a conflict in the General Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions will apply.
